Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before its official release on the market .
By placing a pre-order, the product is reserved in your name and will be shipped to you as soon as it is available in our warehouses .

📅 RELEASE DATES

The release dates indicated on Italian Brainrot Card are provided directly by the publishers or producers.
However, actual availability in our warehouses may vary due to delays beyond our control.

🔄 We regularly update the dates based on the official communications received.
👉 We recommend that you check the pre-order product page periodically to stay updated on any changes.

🧾 ORDER MANAGEMENT WITH PRE-ORDERS

If you have placed an order containing both in-stock and pre-order products , you can request separate shipping .

✅ This way you will immediately receive the products already available.
💰 The additional cost for the second shipment is €6.90 .

❌ CHANGING OR CANCELING PRE-ORDERS

Once you pre-order, you cannot automatically cancel or change it .
However, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you find a solution.

In the event that the publisher cancels or does not deliver the product (for reasons beyond our control), you will receive a full refund without the need for further requests.

• Standard orders will be processed last .

👉 By choosing Express shipping , your pre-order will be processed and shipped earlier than those who chose Standard.
